I am satisfied with the Truck i bought BUT i am very dissatisfied with the Dealership., When my wife and i decided to purchase the truck i was advised by Rick that all issues that i saw in the truck the dissatisfied with the Dealership., When my wife and i decided to purchase the truck i was advised by Rick that all issues that i saw in the truck they would take care of before i left the lot. We decided to purchase the vehicle and before we left the dealership i checked all of the issues i had pointed to him and the only answer i received from him was we couldn't repair that. When someone advices me that they will take care of it. I expect them to resolve the issue. I have been waiting more than a month for the touch up paint for the truck. I will not purchase a vehicle or recommended this dealership to any one. More
My husband and I "just stopped by" to take a look at what they had to offer. Not only was Jamie excellent and extremely helpful, but was genuinely concerned about getting us a deal that we coul look at what they had to offer. The entire staff at the dealership were open and friendly. Don't let their modest facility fool you. Everyone we met and/or worked with had a great committment to customer service, which I appreciate and admire. I love my new Mazda5, and look forward to many, many more years of excellent service! I was in a serious auto accident on the way to work and my beloved car was a total loss. My salesman Jamie was thorough, professional, and very nice --which made the entire process a little less painful. Sales Manager Eddie sealed the deal when he jumped through hoops to meet my price quota. Both Jamie and Eddie are the kinds of guys you want to buy a car from! I'm giving the Dealership and Salesmen high marks because of the professional manner in which they handled the deal. More
My family has purchased three (3) previously owned vehicles from this dealership. Each and every time we have been greeted with friendliness, courtesy and sincerity by the sales staff (Mel and Jonath vehicles from this dealership. Each and every time we have been greeted with friendliness, courtesy and sincerity by the sales staff (Mel and Jonathan). They take the time to listen to what our needs are and then show us the available vehicles they have in their inventory. I have never felt pressured to buy or look at something I wasn't interested in. Mel and Jonathan go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction is the first priority. I would and have without hesitation recommended the dealership and specifically these two salesman to friends looking for vehicles. THEY ARE GREAT! More

Mel, Jamie and Lysette werre phenomenal to deal with. This is the first car that I had to buy with financing since 1989 and it was completely painless and stress free. I went to this dealer on a recommendation from a friend who said they will treat you like family. Well at fist i did experience that but in all honesty these people are nothing but crooks all of them you c who said they will treat you like family. At one time i dealt with many of the employees from the customer service,salesmen,head of the mechanical dept. and finally the General Manager ED that they brought in to change the place. They didn't pick a good replacement. I asked to see the carfax and they couldn't show me that because there was a issue. With some paper work that was filled out wrong but they were reassuring me that everything was fine and since my friend said they will treat you like family and the salesman kept saying i'm treating you like your my niece, real smooth talker this one was. I fell for it, my lesson learned. I have only had this car for six months and have put alot of money in repairs that should have been taking care of before they even put this vehicle on the lot. Thank god they talked me into getting the extra warranty that cost about $1,000. Otherwise i would have already spent well over $1,500 in the repairs. With a car with such low miles it should not have this many problems. I would never recommend anyone going to this dealership. They truly are the worst dealership i have ever dealt with and i have been to many dealerships. I really hope this place closes down. They don't deserve to be open. Their really is too many things they did to mention i would be writing all day. I am know on the look out to find a new vehicle. Please again look around before you even think of going to this place to purchase a car. They will rip you off it is in there nature. More

We wanted to use our debit card, so they asked if they could make sure the amount would run on our card, and when the salesman (Steve Garvey, crook extraordinaire) returned, he had already charged the amount to our card. Then when we said they had no right to charge the card, Steve Garvey made the excuse that he wasn't in charge of finance. We promptly demanded they refund the amount and left, knowing that they were liars and only after quick money and never intended to service a proper sale or treat us as customers. More
The sales team was very off-putting at this dealdership - they are poorly dressed, too casual with each other, and were not well spoken. Our salesman kept repeating that "What do I need to do, to get you in this car today" - ugh! The lot was overcrowded, they had to move 2 cars, to bring forward that one Volvo SUV available. The sales room was disorganized, with dirty, mis-matched furniture that I wasn't sure I wanted to sit on. I could not leave this dealership fast enough. There is no way I would spend $40,000 at a place that doesn't reflect that value in it's customers and building. More
