I went to Lake City and Ocala to look at vehicles and were just screwed over We spent a few weeks looking for a used truck to replace my old tundra. I went to Lake City and Ocala to look at vehicles and were just screwed over by the dealers as you would normally expect. I came to Santa Fe Ford, which is only 10 mins away from me and found everything I needed. I met John and his first impression said it all. He wasn't there to breathe down by neck and pressure me into buying a truck... he wanted to make sure I was happy with what I had. I honestly don't think I would have bought a truck here if it wasn't for Johns attitude. He was helpful the entire time... we never felt pressure. He was open and honest about different vehicles that we were looking at. I truly wish that more people in this business were like this great Scotsman! For the first time in a while I hadn't felt an annoyance from buying a vehicle... no managers out on the floor to bribe me... no gimmicks.
