Bought a 2010 f-150 from dealership. Brought it to the service dept. For leaking sunroof with 21,000 miles on it. They worked on it multiple times without fixing the leak. The service technician said that the roof was supose to leak. It leaked so bad that it stained the headline. They cleaned the headline several different times. Eventually they brought in a Ford rep. who looked at the truck and recommend replacing the seal. The seal fixed the leak. Now the truck had 38,000 miles on it and since the warranty went out at 36,000 miles, Ford refused to replace the now ruined headliner and so does the dealer. We have been dealing with the leaking problem for almost a year and the truck was under warranty when the leak began. We believe that they should fix the broken and stained headline with no cost to us. It is not our fault that they could not solve the problem the first time the truck was in for service. We will not be buying another truck from them and will tell all our friends to shop somewhere else. More
It will be 15 days tomorrow when I paid for a new escape hybrid that quit 15 miles from the dealer & has been there ever since. The dealer will not get us a replacement from another dealership even though there are some in a 150 mile radius and we were told if it wasn't fixed in a few days they would. Tomorrow we mail in our Lemon law form to Ford & FL Atty. General. Ford Customer NO service has not been helpful either. More

None of the dials for heat/AC work. When you call, they transfer you from department to department - no one knows what anyone else is doing. It took a week to "next day air" me the title. We ended up having $1500 worth of extra work done on it just to have it presentable. DO NOT TRUST! GO ELSEWHERE! One of the worst buying experiences of my life. I purchased a new car from Santa Fe Ford (SFF). I have since terminated my relationship with SFF as ownership does not provide their customers with a safe place of business. When it comes to customer exploitation & disowning responsibility for the harm done trusting buyers SFF's general manager, sales manager, lead salesman are the Perfect Storm. I found Santa Fe Ford's lead salesman to be underhanded, malicious, calculating, vicious, untruthful, arrogant, and unreliable. If you must buy a Ford in Alachua County take your business to Gainesville Ford. I wish I had!!!! I've take the effort to write this review because I don't others to fall victim to a predatory dealership. More
