Santa Fe Ford

Ted showed my wife a truck that I was looking at through a different dealership. The one I looked at had very high miles and needed some work done to it. They were very patient as when my wife first went to look Wednesday, and when I went to sign today, we had our busy 4 year old with us. They were patient even though my little guy was not. They were friendly and courteous and did not feel any pressure. The only disappointment was that when we were handed the keys to our used vehicle, it was only given a 1/4 of a tank of gas and the vehicle was not detailed. They did a brief vacuuming, but the bed of the truck was full of sand and the interior of truck had a lot of dust and still had pet hair from the prior owners. As a whole, they were great with price and friendliness, but I feel that if we bought a new vehicle, the vehicle would have been treated differently. More

I drove by the dealership on my way back to Gainesville and I saw the truck I've always wanted and as soon as I pulled up I was greeted and was helped in every way possible.
