Went to Santa Fe Ford in Alaucha looking for a nice and clean small SUV. We were approached almost immediately by a very courtesy Bill Queen. There were a couple of problems (small chip in windshield and throttle actuator) but, as soon as it was brought to the attention of the dealer it was immediately and quickly resolved with minimal out-of-pocket expense to me. Was searching online for a new Ford. Wasn't sure which model the Edge or the Explorer. At the end of June clicked a few buttons and some how ended up with a great salesperson Scott Law. Not sure that he knows everything, but he is humble and patient enough to find out the correct answer. I clicked with a few other dealers that called as well......everyday for 3 weeks. Not the salesman for me. Scott is a professional and does want to sell you a car, but has enough respect for the customer not to be a thorn in their side. I would recommend Scott Law at Santa Fe Ford to anyone who enjoys honesty and integrity! I drove 75 miles to be his customer and would do it again. We ordered a new Ford Explorer that met my needs and as promised he called as soon as it arrived and I have enjoyed driving it since pickup. Thanks, J. T. More
