I came to the shop on December 19th to look at used cars. Bobby met me and my friend in the parking lot. He pulled keys for 3 cars that I liked most, showed me good things about each, comparing each to the others. I liked them all but I especially liked the 2011 Ford Flex. After a test drive, I knew it was the car for me. Bobby made the whole experience easy. I really appreciated the fact that after a very short conversation about why I like my 1997 Chevrolet Astro, he was able to come up with a list of used cars with low mileage that had features I liked. The price was great too and was within the range of prices I had given him. I love my "new" car still and so do all my friends.
