Horrible Service if you don't buy from them After buying two trucks from them (2012 f150 & 2013 f250) I purchased my 2014 at a dealer in Gainesville. My truck had a service engine light while un After buying two trucks from them (2012 f150 & 2013 f250) I purchased my 2014 at a dealer in Gainesville. My truck had a service engine light while under warranty and i just so happened to be close to Santa Fe Ford. I was informed that because I didn't buy my truck from that dealer I couldn't get a loaner car for a day without a rental fee. They only give free rentals to people that buy from their dealership. Service agent was completely condescending and disrepectful as soon as he found out I didn't buy it from their dealership. I thought blue oval certified meant something, but clearly that's not the case. I had my truck towed to the ford dealer 20 miles away to have it checked out. I will not recommend anyone buy from them. More
