Terrible service Once you purchase the piece of garbage 2015 new Fiesta, you are on your own to deal with the incompetent service manager Tracy. She does not write th Once you purchase the piece of garbage 2015 new Fiesta, you are on your own to deal with the incompetent service manager Tracy. She does not write the work orders with your complaints. She picks and chooses what she wants to put on the work order so that they are not consistent to file a lemon law claim. She said the clutch was bad and that it needed to be replaced and Randi, the southeast region service manager said to have Tracy do it then we will go from there. Tracy then refused to replace it even though she said she would. 3 days after getting the car back, I take it to another Ford service dept. Per Randi and they verify that the clutch is so far out of perimeter that it shouldn't be driven. The car has been in service on 3 occasions with all problems reaccuring. On Oct. 2nd, I went to lake city and purchased a Fusion and took the Fiesta to my other creditor and surrendered it.. What good is mileage if you're stranded in another state. I could not afford to pay on a car that Tracy was pushing me past warranty then the car would no longer operate. Look up the class action law suit on Ford Fiestas and focuses. Tracy said that there are no problems with them but yet other dealerships said there are. No recalls because during the lawsuit, it would be an admission of guilt. More
