The car was what we were looking for within our budget and preference. Jennifer was excellent in explaining the coverage and financial aspect of the purchase. She also was professional and personable. The car's windshield wipers would not shut off, when the motor was cut off. Christie was quick to correct the problem. A part had to be ordered and the car returned at a later date. My wife was provided with a rental car. Christie, who was very busy, conducted herself in a friendly and professional manner. More
