Don't bring your vehicle here. I own two Ford F150 Crew Cab trucks and have regularly maintain them since their purchase.Their first strike is related to my Ford F150 with 38,000 m I own two Ford F150 Crew Cab trucks and have regularly maintain them since their purchase.Their first strike is related to my Ford F150 with 38,000 miles on it. I brought it in due to the truck going into limp mode with the transmission light on the dashboard. They said it was an ABS issue. I brought it back a second time (about a month later) with the same transmission issue. They said it was and ABS issue. The next day the truck had the same transmission issue and I took it in. They called and said my transmission was shot. 38,000 mile and my transmission is gone. Too bad so sad. Its just out of warranty. They never even looked at the transmission. I towed it to a another shop that ordered a new transmission to the tune $6,000. Strike two is related to an "Works" oil change and tire rotation. The service tech failed to tighten the lug nuts on one tire. I drove off the lot to my rim being destroyed. Strike three is related to my other F150. I brought it to them for an oil change and to replace one coil pack. The service writer call me later in the day to let me know the service tech recommended changing all the spark plugs and doing a tune up and replacing the brake pad and I agreed. I got a call later that day saying I needed new rotors. They said if they turned them they could warp. I agreed. This was a very expensive repair. I drove the truck exactly 24 miles and my right front rim, rotor and brake pad were burning. I brought it back to them and again too bad so sad. The issue was a seized caliper. These things happen they said. I asked to speak to the General Manager of "All of Santa Fe Ford". They said he was in and it would be a minute. Then the service manager and the service writer came to talk with me. I asked again for the general manager and magically he was not in the office and again its too bad so sad. Please take the advice of a 59 year old fool. Don't bring you car or truck here. Find someone you can trust. They do not exist at Santa Fe Ford. More
