They lied about our warranty,and said I needed a 8000. 00 transmission. We had it towed to Bozard after paying them for doing nothing. It was still under warranty and it was just the transfer case. Cost u 00 transmission. We had it towed to Bozard after paying them for doing nothing. It was still under warranty and it was just the transfer case. Cost us 100.00 to fix with warranty. We paid Sante Fe Ford for lies and towing to and from them 800.00. Would not take a bicycle to them. Also called and explained to the daughter of the dealership about getting some of our money back and she said she would get back with me. Lies,lies,and more lies. They are all in on the dishonest, falsified diagnostic test and robbing the customers.DONT TRUST THEM! They should at least refund the diagnostic test they charged us for and didn't do. It wasn't the transmission they do call diagnosed. It was transfer case.. More
