Twilight Zone experience I called on a Thursday to schedule my 20,000 mile maintenance. The nice receptionist set up an spot with Wayne on a Saturday morning to have this done. When I showed up, with coffee in hand ready to just turn in my keys and wait the 2 hours, I was introduced to Wayne and was immediately taken aback by his questions on what I was in for and the lack of any knowledge on what I thought I had pre scheduled. When I answered he seemed confused and frustrated with me asking me questions about my car and details about the maintenance I had no idea on( I mean I'm a girl and I bought the whole care package when I bought the thing so I wouldn't have to know things like this!) I was under the impression I was all set up to have everything done since I had already called and set this up. He started pounding away on his computer to find my information complaining about something that happened that morning and how his computer wasn't working. He then told me the appointment wasn't to have my car done, but to meet with him to schedule the maintenance. When I told him I thought I had already done this he was more frustrated. This was followed by a "Well it's going to take all day to get this done" statement. He offered uber services to take me back home and pick me up so that was nice. At this point a customer walked in and had a question for Wayne. Wayne waved him over, while he was still working with me trying to get information, and proceeded to get into a screaming match over some misunderstanding. At this point I walked up to the receptionist and asked to be ubered home. Wayne then waved me back over trying to explain what happened with the upset customer and I had to tell him " I DONT CARE" to make him just stop complaining. This guy is obviously very overwhelmed with his workload or just really bad at his job, I will NEVER take my car into this place again. More
Terrible customer service and mechanics!!!! Rep. quoted a $900 estimate for starter/battery. my mechanic came to tow it, he tightened the ground and drove away. the car was fine. I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times for the same service! The service writer was rude and the service manager was even worse! I cannot believe the poor quality of work DEALERSHIPS are getting by wit service! The service writer was rude and the service manager was even worse! I cannot believe the poor quality of work DEALERSHIPS are getting by with, it's not like huffy lube where you expect poor quality, but it is like jiffy lube cause you get poor quality. Never will I deal with this dealership AGAIN. Shame on them for treating customers the way I was treated. I hope they are aware that Karma is Real.. More

Everytime I need to come in for service, I get an appointment within only a day or two, most of the time, the next day. They are always so friendly and accomodating. A car dealership is one of thos appointment within only a day or two, most of the time, the next day. They are always so friendly and accomodating. A car dealership is one of those places you would not be surprised to get less than great service, but time and time again, I am blown away by how helpful and informative the service is. The other day, a piece came off the back window wiper, but I did not notice until a few days after my service appointment. When I called to inquire whether or not they thought it could have come off during the service, Branden was quick to take care of it. After looking in the shop, he ordered me a new part without a second thought. I realize that this piece could have fallen off elsewhere, or been tampered with out on the street, and it would have been just as easy to charge me for the replacement part instead of taking care of it. That kind of customer care is what will continue to bring me back for the long term, and I will always go out of my way to recommend this dealership and service department to others. Thanks! More

I brought my car in for a 60,00 miles service even though I only have 23,00 miles on it but it has been 5+ years since I bought it. Nobody questioned me about the service (read: treated me like I was crazy) I only have 23,00 miles on it but it has been 5+ years since I bought it. Nobody questioned me about the service (read: treated me like I was crazy) in fact Brent understood exactly why I brought it in for service. The drivers were great and got me to and from work on time. The car is in great shape, everything checked out and Brent went over the bill with me and pointed out anything that might need service sooner rather than later. I was impressed with the service. I had been having a problem with back lights. The symbol on the dash would go on and off. This made it difficult to know which light was out. The first time I came and talked about what was going on I was g on the dash would go on and off. This made it difficult to know which light was out. The first time I came and talked about what was going on I was given an appointment. When I came in the symbol was out. Scott who was my salesman when I brought the car was outside when I pulled up. We talked about the light problem. He went in and talked with service and it was decided that the next time the symbol came on to leave the car running and check all lights. I was in town when it happened again so I drove to your service department. I told Eric what was happening and he had the service department fix the problem immediatly. I didn't have to return with a appointment. I would have made a appointment but Eric just made sure it was done now. I had 2 lights out. Eric and Scott did a great job taking care of my situation.
