Great sophisticated place, but less professional than others I have always been a fan of Toyota because of the experience!!! However, first time in my life I was a little disappointed. The showroom looked grand with sophisticated people. Great communication skills and courtesy to show the vehicle and explain SOME of the features. However, the soft-touch and professionalism that a sales person should have (especially in Auto industry) was missing. I test drove a Toyota Prius. It seemed more like a hurried experience. I was initially asked if I wanted to test drive within the Auto Mall Campus or on road... REALLY??? I ain't buying a toy car. I am spending money on the xxxx car.. I better be taken on road as that is where I would drive, It should not be a check on brake lights and indication lights... it should be the overall experience of driving the car! Well, I did insist on a test drive on the road and I did get an opportunity to do that. Again, no explanation about various modes of operation (EV, Power, etc.) while driving. It was not a very satisfying feeling. Anyways, I did like the vehicle and dropped an email to the person who showed me the car asking about a better price. If the price is not feasible, there should be a polite decline. Unfortunately, I did not get a reply at all!!! Wow! I have been in Sales and Business Development for 8 years and have never let such a situation arise in my career where I do not even respond to the client! Anyways, Toyota has got good cars... but I always respected them for great knowledgeable sales staff as well who ensured that customer goes satisfied irrespective of the sale. Unfortunately, it is getting too commercialized and Toyota may lose out in the long run if this continues! having confidence just because you are the best seller is great.. but over confidence kills!!! I just wanted to bring this to the notice of some one in Toyota who CARES about customer experience! Good luck! More

In doing this, he stayed in contact with the insurance company via their inspectors and their office. He also stayed in touch with my son and me, making sure both of us knew where they were with the car's repairs and the insurance claim paperwork. If he could not be reached, he returned calls quickly. He went out of his way to help us justify a warranty claim, using the findings of our insurance company experts and what he saw when the car was dismantled to push for warranty coverage with Toyota. I definitely recommend Sansone Toyota and especially John Specht if you ever need someone to coordinate your car's repair work. More
