My pay was cut at work but I need my car and came to Donte to see if he would be able to help me thinking it was hopeless. I have been to other dealerships in the past and I have to say that Sansome was best i've been to and I do plan on getting my cars there in the future. I have been looking for a Tundra all summer. After visiting Sansone, they found the truck I wanted, invited me to check it out and we bought it in 2 days from the call. The team there was great making sure that the truck met my needs. They installed the bed cleats, reviewed the features with us, asked if we had questions and invited us back any time. I had visited other dealerships closer to my home since May and I was told "Toyota doesn't make Crew Max with a standard bed", "Sure we can find a truck for you just leave us $1,000". When I asked about the procedure for getting my $1,000 cash back the question was ignored. Hmmm...Sansone was everything I could ask for. Wish I had driven up there in May. I could have been driving on the beach this summer. More
