I am an older lady and have been to few dealerships before I came to Sansone Nissan. When I walked in I was imedietly greated by Daniel. He took his time to put me in the right car and explained every before I came to Sansone Nissan. When I walked in I was imedietly greated by Daniel. He took his time to put me in the right car and explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle. He also worked with me on the price and understood well what my budget was. I would never hesitate to recommend Daniel to anyone who is looking for an honest car salesman. He followed up with me early the next day to make sure everything was fine with the vehicle and if i had any questions. He truly made me feel like I mattered to him and not just a sale. When my lease is up or when my husband will be getting a new vehicle, Daniel is the only salesman I will ever deal with. I wish everyone had as good of a car buying experience as i did. I recommend Daniel to everyone who is thinking of a car purchase or lease. He made my day and showed me that car salesman can be very honest people as long as you have someone like him helping you. My husband and I purchased a New Nissan Krone Cube from this Sansone Dealership. It was our FIRST time dealing with Sansone and it will NOT be our last. I'm very sorry that the other people had such bad e this Sansone Dealership. It was our FIRST time dealing with Sansone and it will NOT be our last. I'm very sorry that the other people had such bad experiences, but ours WAS the "BEST". We spoke with Glenn and with Ray and couldn't be more happy about the price, as well as treatment that we had received and the overall friendliness, excellent customer service, as well as their Service Department was the "BEST". We purchased the car in the Nov/Dec. timeframe and just brought it back for our first maintenance check. I'm happy to say that EVERYONE and the Entire Sansone Dealership were a "pleasure to do business with". We would DEFINITELY purchase another car from them again. Thank you Sansone and we would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
I purchased a brand new car from here and paid almost double what it should cost. Not only did I over pay, the car had lot damage and that they promised to fix it and never did. They were jerks from the begining, they wanted me to buy the car they wanted..not the car that I wanted. Nissan's are great cars and I love my car but that was my first time buying a brand new car and it could not have gone any worse than it did. If they didn't sell you a car, consider yourself lucky: They missed out on your business and you missed out on the headache. I'd say that's a good deal. More
My overall experience at this dealership was ok. I was approached by Noel Rodriguez, he was very friendly and did not pressure me anyhow. He didn't attempt to play the numbers or "accidently" write different numbers. This dealership is affilated with Better Business Bureau (BBB.org). When it came to signing to take possession of the car, I was tricked. I found out afterwards that I was paying $500 more than what was agreed. I was lied to. I brought this up to the Finance department and business manager about that I was paying $500 more than what was agreed. They told me there was nothing they could do. Which is BS. I've recently filed a complaint to BBB.org. More
Went at 6:30pm and entered the showroom. 7pm, and still not a single salesperson approached us. We were extremely interested in an xterra, but does seem like their are interested in our business. Was told to take a seat after I approached a salesrep and asked for assistance. She was more busy fixing her hair and combing lint off her pants. Brushed me off and told me to take a seat. After another 10 minutes of waiting and no one approached us, we walked out. Not a single person stopped us. Would never recommend going back. I've purchased two new cars from dealerships in the past, this is not how you should treat customers. More
No sales person was interested in talking to us - this is the first dealership where i have spent 15 minutes inside the showroom without being approached by a salesperson. Also they enforce their own customizations on the car and charge extra for it. If you say no they will remove it from the car, but none of their cars come as manufactured in the factory. Beware the prices for these customizations are exorbitant! More
