I had an amazing experience at Sansone! We finally purchased a 2011 Maxima SV and Mr. Ray Azarcon was informative and understanding, from start to finish. I have to admit we made many visits to sever purchased a 2011 Maxima SV and Mr. Ray Azarcon was informative and understanding, from start to finish. I have to admit we made many visits to several different dealers in the area BUT we always came back to Sansone. Each and every time my questions were answered. Mr. Caesar V. (Sales Manager) was also outstanding. He listened to us and got us in our new car. I LOVE the Maxima and still have my 2001 Maxima. The car runs beautiful and I can only hope my 2011 Maxima will be as reliable. I have received several follow-up phone calls from Ray, just to check on us and see if we have any questions about our car. What a great guy! I had to visit Bob (Service Dept.) to get another key programmed and even that went smoothly. I was told to program the key would be about 45 minutes to an hour, well my car was done in 25 minutes and Bob even cleaned a few small stains in the car with no questions! This is the 3rd car I have purchased at Sansone and even after much research and hours of shopping, I got the best price at Sansone! More

My experience at Sansone Nissan I'd have to say was one of the best experiences I have ever had at any car dealership. The man that we dealt with was Ron Kaplan. Not only did he provide comfort and afforda of the best experiences I have ever had at any car dealership. The man that we dealt with was Ron Kaplan. Not only did he provide comfort and affordability for us he was one of the nicest people that you could ever meet. So my recommendation is that if you are going to buy a car and want to have an experience like I had, then indeed you need to meet Ron. More

I was on Sansone Auto mall, just to make regular maintence to my 2007 Nissan Pathfinder, this customer service Roger Domis, was so wonderfull, I finish investing close to $2000.00 in new tires, inye maintence to my 2007 Nissan Pathfinder, this customer service Roger Domis, was so wonderfull, I finish investing close to $2000.00 in new tires, inyector, oil etc, because need but the experience with communication and good feel was very possitive, off course i will back in future, this deale is high recommended!! thanks More

Ray was wonderful to work with! He was very personable and worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. He called me a few days after we got the car to make sure I was happy and when I called him ab and worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted. This is my second 39 month lease of a Murano ( have had 2 Durangos for 6 years and this is the first time I went to a Nissan dealership) and had the best experience with this dealership mostly because of Ron Durangos for 6 years and this is the first time I went to a Nissan dealership) and had the best experience with this dealership mostly because of Ron Kaplan. He was very easy to work with and NOT pushy at all and lets you absorb the information before you purchase. This was my first car purchase since 2003 and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was going through a tough time and Ray Azarcon did all he could to not only make me happy, but to ensure that I have asked for a better experience. I was going through a tough time and Ray Azarcon did all he could to not only make me happy, but to ensure that I would be leaving with a vehicle. He was understanding to my situation and worked with his team to be sure they could help me in any way possible. This was the first time I've walked into a car dealership and not felt as though I was going to be fooled or scamed just for a sale. There should be more sales people out there like Ray. More

I came in to look for a new car but had really no idea where to start. The gentleman that helped me was David Panah. Immediatley i noticed that he wasn't your typical cliche pushy salesman. It genuinely s where to start. The gentleman that helped me was David Panah. Immediatley i noticed that he wasn't your typical cliche pushy salesman. It genuinely seemed as though he was more interested in making sure i was comfortable than anything else. Which was a welcome change, especially since i had shopped in atleast five other places in the weeks leading up to this. I ended up buying a new nissan altima. While we were discussing the price and monthly payments, I was dreading the slick talk and tactics that we all know of by now. Not once did I feel anything other then perfectly taken care of. I'm the kind of guy that would walk away from the best deal on earth, if the salesman I'm dealing with, is disrespectful or pushy. I've done it. Dealing with David Panah was probably the best experience I've had with any salesman before. I have already recommended a friend to visit him as well as a co-worker. If your in the market for a vehicle, I absoultely insist that David Panah is the man to see. He will be the only guy I deal with from this moment on. More

Amie, who I believe is the Customer Service Manager was great! I often feel inferior walking into any car service station and she made me feel comfortable.
