I told him what I was looking for, he showed me all of my available car options, was courteous, friendly (and funny!) the entire time, and made me really trust that I was buying from a reputable dealer. The entire process of selecting, testing, negotiating, and purchasing a vehicle took a reasonable amount of time, and in the end I got a deal on a great (used) car that I was very happy with at the price agreed upon.
