Outstanding Service! We were just looking around and right when we were about to leave (no one had approached us) Ray came up to us and asked what we were looking for. After 10 minutes we were in a car my wife had seen on the internet getting ready to test drive! We did not think we were going to be able to walk away with the car but Ray made it happened! I highly recommend Ray and we will for sure be using him again in the future, even after we pulled off in our new car, my wife said maybe we should come back and trade your car in! Pleasantly surprised Our experience at Sanson Nissan was over and above a normal experience at a car dealership, which we generally dread. Ray was informed, enthusiastic and very willing to give us the opportunity to test drive two different cars and answer all of our questions. He was professional from the moment he made contact with us until my husband drove off the lot, as was his manager Tom. I had previously been in a car accident and was nervous about the visibility in some sedans due to my height and the structure of the car. When test driving the Altima Ray consulted with me regarding my comfort level with the visibility and my general comfort when driving the car. He also did the same when we drove the Rogue, which we ultimately ended up leasing. This proves to me that he listened to my concerns and wanted to insure that he provided the best customer services. During negotiations he was very willing to work with us and took our budget into concern when presenting offers. He and his manager Tom offered us several financial options and ultimately we came to a very pleasant agreement. Neither was aggressive or made us feel that we were "trapped" at the dealership, as we have felt in other dealerships over the years. They also made sure we had a chance to eat lunch, as we were there for quite some time. Once the deal was made Ray also took time to assist my husband in setting up his bluetooth phone before leaving the lot. Once our lease is up in 3 years we hope to again work with the professionals at Nissan, especially Ray. More

Very unprofessional folks and you would be cheated!! It's so sad how sansone nissan is robbing people right in front of them. I am happy and fortunate I walked away from a disasters deal. Avoid Oscar who is the sales manager and Addison (south american dude.) This dealer is not trustworthy at all. I got the true car certificate and was told they acknowledge it and was actually showing certified true car dealer. Now after all the incentives and deals going on I was able to negotiate the car value to $21K. After Addison went to Oscar (the sales manager or whoever he is) they changed the price to $25k for a Nissan Rogue excluding taxes and DMV fees. I asked why? How come now it's $25k and I was given ridiculous attitude saying that "well that's the price you qualify for" like seriously xxx are they talking about!!! I happened to leave within that same minute. Some of there director or superior reached out to me after I explained via e-mail and then they never replied back to my e-mail. I would highly highly highly suggest that you go to Ramsey Nissan and see the salesman name George and you will thank me later. Don't buy from Middlesex or Hudson county. They all are just complete xx. And until this date no one has responded to me from Sansone Nissan! More
