Sansone Hyundai

I went to Sansone to look at used cars for my daughter. Ben was the salesman I dealt with. He met me outside in the pouring rain when I got out of my car with a smile and asked if he could help me. After discussing the purchase of a used car, he suggested that with the money I was looking to pay I should pay off my current car and put the balance down on a lease. After thinking long and hard about our conversation, I decided he was right. Why buy a used car when I know the car I have, which is a 2008 Focus and in great condition. So I decided that he was right. I leased a new car for myself and gave my daughter my car. He was not pushy. He left me alone to think things out and I appreciated the fact that he let me do things my way. After figuring out the car payment we then called my insurance company to see what my insurance would be. It actually turned out only to be a little more than I was currently paying so the deal was done. I also appreciate the fact that I get a phone call every once in a while from Sansone to make sure I am happy and everything is ok. I am actually going to Sansone today because there is a slow leak in one of my tires and one of the lights in the front of the car is out. I called Thursday and they gave me an appointment for Saturday. I am totally satisfied with all aspects of my dealings with Sansone and have posted such on Facebook and have told all my friends. I gave the highest ratings because the salesman was "no pressure" and he was willing to negotiate. Michael O. had excellent product knowledge and he also had good people skills. They not only gave me the best price (I had gone to 4 different area Hyundai dealers to get quotes) but I was pleasantly surprised when they threw in the trunk cargo net and some other upgrades for free. They truly did make my car buying experience an enjoyable one and thy stuck to their word! We were then escorted by Bernadette who gave us a demonstration showing us how to use the many devices and controls the new car comes equipped with. She did a thorough job and was very pleasant to deal with. Like I said, I went to all of the area Hyundai dealers and Sansone Rt. 1 offered me the best price, the most upgrades, and the nicest and most professional car buying experience. p.s. I had never met any of the above mentioned employees before and did not know anyone at this dealership. This is an honest assessment from a public citizen who just happened to go to this dealership for a quote. I highly recommend going to other dealerships and then go to Sansone Rt.1 and ask for Michael or Sam and it will be the last dealership you will have to visit. More

My experience was great! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I did not have to spend alot of time there in order to tell both Anthony and Mark what I was looking for. This is the 7th vehicle my family have purchased from the Sansone Dealership. This is the second car we have purchased from Mike Odierno. Both experiences have benn wonderful, stress free. 1 1/2 years ago Mike was our salesman with our new Elantra, going there a having Terry introduce us to him was wonderful. Our experience was wonderful because of him as salesman and Terry as our financial person was great. I am super grateful because today i walked out of Sansone Hyundai with a brand new 2013 Sonata and i thought that it would be impossible because the other dealership that i went to didn't even try to work th Hyundai with a brand new 2013 Sonata and i thought that it would be impossible because the other dealership that i went to didn't even try to work things out and told me i was ineligible. I called sansone hyundai and I spoke to Ray Azarcon he told me to come in and he worked things out in my favor. I picked my car out, we discussed numbers, i told him my budget and how much i could pay a month and what i would pay, he came back with a payment that fit my budget perfectly and that wouldnt hurt my pockets monthly, being that i work and i am a full time college student. Ray Azarcon is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED sales person if you are interested in buying a car. This is my first time purchasing a car at a major dealership and my experience was great.
