My car had the engine light blinking, took it to the dealer mid April, the service advisor, Paulo never bothered to call me to give me bad news. Finally after several calls, was able to talk to him at t dealer mid April, the service advisor, Paulo never bothered to call me to give me bad news. Finally after several calls, was able to talk to him at the end of the day. He casially told me that my car needed a new engine, it would take 3 months to fix it. I immediately called Hyundai to ask and relate the info given.. they started s case through case manager to help me throughout tge whole process. My car is 2017. To make the story shortb with the help of the case manager and the general manager Eric, I got my car in 1 month instead of 3. More

Never been so rudely treated, I’m an old man and I know how to read and they were questioning whether I could read !I brought with me a coupon which was mailed to me and when I presented it I wasn’t told y how to read and they were questioning whether I could read !I brought with me a coupon which was mailed to me and when I presented it I wasn’t told you could only use 1 of the 4 on coupon. that’s when the clerk started with profanity and belittling me.
