A (mostly) good experience .. Worked with Bryan Taylor who was great. Understood our needs completely and was very professional. The only issue I have with the dealership is when Bryan and I and the manager agreed to pay XXX a month for the lease I thought that was the final number (in all my years of leasing it always has been). Then when I got to actually signing off on all the paperwork they stated that price did NOT include DMV fees and taxes and those would be rolled into that monthly cost extra. The cost came out to about $45 a month so my ACTUAL monthly payment is XXX + $45 which has never happened to me before. They were not up front about this. I should have (and if I had to do it again) would have immediately walked out but I signed the paperwork anyway and drove home with the car (shame on me) - So just be careful that the price you agree to with your salesman is the actual price you will pay. Overall I am happy with the car but upset at myself that I have to pay $45 extra dollars a month. More
