Use to be the little dealer that would work with you. Now they try to nickel and dime you to death. Add ons at end were very frustrating and never talked about in advance (nitrogen in tires, theft insurance). Was ready to walk away and they dropped add ons that I didn’t want or need. Ordered front license holder and all weather mats…..wanted to charge me to install (should have been installed before I picked up vehicle). Trade value was reduced every time I talked about price. I did business with Sango from prior dealings….will not be back. Could have gotten same deal (no discount) locally in Monroe with a higher trade-in. I was just frustrated and Sango had the vehicle I wanted. Very disappointed in “service” overall. Lori was fine to work with. More
