Use to be the little dealer that would work with you. Now they try to nickel and dime you to death. Ordered front license holder and all weather mats…..wanted to charge me to install (should have been installed before I picked up vehicle). Trade value was reduced every time I talked about price. I did business with Sango from prior dealings….will not be back. Could have gotten same deal (no discount) locally in Monroe with a higher trade-in. I was just frustrated and Sango had the vehicle I wanted. Very disappointed in “service” overall. Lori was fine to work with. More

Michael Coco and the rest of the staff at Sango listen to you when you say ,”this is what I need”, and they do not pressure you to go over your budget. I contacted some other dealerships over the phone, e to you when you say ,”this is what I need”, and they do not pressure you to go over your budget. I contacted some other dealerships over the phone, even visited a few in person, and all of them tried to sell me vehicles over my budget, so I left irritated. Even though I live almost an hour away, I decided to give Sango a call, and my husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience! Traded my truck in still getting payment due on traded in truck.
