I came in to see why my paint was peeling on my 22 Outback. Never got a reason only a xx excuse. I was not used to that from Subaru. Then I asked for a quote to fix the paint. Amber promised she would get me a quote which she never did. I then asked her to email me a quote…. Also never happened. My representative Nick would have never dropped the ball like that. Your dealership has been after me to sell my car to you, 110% over bluebook etc. I felt like I was being screwed around felt to me dishonest. You never treated me like that before. At this point I will never sell my car to you or buy an Accent like I was planning to. I will go back to San Luis Obispo to get my new car. Also Car Max offered me $4,000 more for my car. Still waiting for my quote from Amber. Super disappointing More

SCAMMY UNPROFESSIONAL AVOID! !! Discussed buying/financing a vehicle at length and agreed to make a 4hr roadtrip to pick it up after ironing out all the details. Next morning / !! Next morning / as we're heading out to drive over we call to double-check (they were supposed to contact us first / confirm it's still available) and now they claim it's been sold late at night after-hours to someone who supposedly just walked in and bought it on the spot such that they weren't even aware of it being off the lot anymore. What a xxxxing waste of time. More

Sangera has always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism when taking my car in for service or repairs. From sales to the service department they have always provided me with the greatest care and I know I can always depend on them for satisfactory service. I just recently traded in my older Subaru for a new 2025 Crosstrek and I'm just thrilled with my new car. Again, I couldn't be more happy with my car and the group of great people that made it happen. More

I brought my car in to have it checked because the RAB keeps turning off and I was getting RAB and tire pressure alerts. I had previously had RAB alerts checked a few years ago and was told there was not keeps turning off and I was getting RAB and tire pressure alerts. I had previously had RAB alerts checked a few years ago and was told there was nothing wrong. They wanted to charge me over $3,000 to repair both and in addition "found" an oil leak that the said would cost over $6,000. My car is not leaking oil, and it has been well maintained every 6 months without this issue coming up. I felt the repair estimates were exorbitant and were added on because i was considering trading in for a new car. The trade in value was very low due to repairs needed. Staff were respectful and customer service was good, but I will be taking my business to a different dealership as I have lost trust. More
I have had 4 leased subarus with Sangera Subaru and my last lease I bought my car. It’s a 2022 Legacy Subaru, which they are not making after 2025.
