Next morning / as we're heading out to drive over we call to double-check (they were supposed to contact us first / confirm it's still available) and now they claim it's been sold late at night after-hours to someone who supposedly just walked in and bought it on the spot such that they weren't even aware of it being off the lot anymore. What a xxxxing waste of time. More

Sangera has always treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism when taking my car in for service or repairs. From sales to the service department they have always provided me with the greatest care and I know I can always depend on them for satisfactory service. I just recently traded in my older Subaru for a new 2025 Crosstrek and I'm just thrilled with my new car. Again, I couldn't be more happy with my car and the group of great people that made it happen. More

I brought my car in to have it checked because the RAB keeps turning off and I was getting RAB and tire pressure alerts. I had previously had RAB alerts checked a few years ago and was told there was not keeps turning off and I was getting RAB and tire pressure alerts. I had previously had RAB alerts checked a few years ago and was told there was nothing wrong. They wanted to charge me over $3,000 to repair both and in addition "found" an oil leak that the said would cost over $6,000. My car is not leaking oil, and it has been well maintained every 6 months without this issue coming up. I felt the repair estimates were exorbitant and were added on because i was considering trading in for a new car. The trade in value was very low due to repairs needed. Staff were respectful and customer service was good, but I will be taking my business to a different dealership as I have lost trust. More
I have had 4 leased subarus with Sangera Subaru and my last lease I bought my car. It’s a 2022 Legacy Subaru, which they are not making after 2025. I live in San Diego, but Sangera Subaru in Bakersfield may be the best dealership in the country. Long story short, on a drive from San Diego to San Francisco, our Outback's transmission failed. A tow tru may be the best dealership in the country. Long story short, on a drive from San Diego to San Francisco, our Outback's transmission failed. A tow truck took the car to Sangera, while we continued to our destination via Amtrak. Working with Amber exclusively over the phone, she ensured our car was looked at as soon as possible, checked for a warranty, and ordered a new transmission immediately. The initial failure happened just before December 24th and I was convinced we wouldn't have the car for a couple weeks after the New Year. But Amber and the team at Sangera were so kind, incredibly speedy, and managed to have the car ready before New Year's Eve even! Given that we live in San Diego, we weren't able to make it up to Bakersfield until the weekend, but Amber assured us that was no problem (even though I know having a car sit in your service department lot for basically two weeks is less than ideal). When we arrived to pick up the car, the Service team went through not only what they did to take out the old transmission and put in the new one, but also walked us through the test drives and safety checks done after the new part was in place. For a dealership I had never worked with before (again, we live in San Diego), I felt like I was a longtime customer and treated with such care and consideration. Thank you thank you a thousand times to the amazing crew at Sangera! Five stars ALLL around on ALLLL the platforms I can give them! More
