There was no pressure and everything was very transparent. I felt comfortable and welcome at the dealership, unlike many other luxury brand dealerships which can be snooty and pretentious. Everyone was so nice to work with. In getting this new vehicle, I had to end another lease with another manufacturer, and both Mike and Colette Middlebrooks worked with me to facilitate my end of lease inspection and vehicle turn-in. I bought a '02 Infiniti I35 for $5800 from Sanford Infiniti, and there were 3 things that imp I was thoroughly impressed with Steven Graham's service. I bought a '02 Infiniti I35 for $5800 from Sanford Infiniti, and there were 3 things that impressed me. 1. Steven didn't allow the year, price or mileage of vehicle (94,000+ miles) to deter him from providing outstanding service. You would have thought that I purchased as $50,000 vehicle. 2. The car I purchased wasn't ready (it needed to go through safety and detailing), so Steven put me in a loaner for a night— a 2014 Q70 convertible coupe! It was sweet! It made me feel like a VIP customer. 3. To save me the inconvenience of having to come from Daytona (where I work), he delivered the '02 Infiniti to my house! Again, I was very impressed with the professionalism of Steven Graham and will recommend Sanford Infiniti. As a note, I was also very pleased with the service of salesperson Kasandra Terry and Finance Manager Natalya. Mokshanova; they represented your company very well. More
