We went to the Sanford Infiniti dealer by accident not plan on a Saturday. We were greeted by a receptionist who summoned a sales rep - Colette Middlebrooks - to help us. She warmly welcomed us, answered our few questions and led us to a Q40 which had just the features and color combination I wanted. While we were looking around the showroom, Chris came over and introduced himself. We wondered who he was and later found out he is a member of the family who own the dealership. We test drove the car and it was everything we wanted/needed. We worked out a fair OOP cost and monthly lease amount. It was a pleasant, low-key, professional and stress-free shopping experience but we needed some time to think about the car since we did not know much about Infiniti. On the Sunday, eight days later, we returned to test drive the car again and decided that was the one we wanted. Damian, the Finance rep was also very pleasant and professional in filling out all of the paperwork with us. Colette, Chris and Damian were all a pleasure to work with. We returned four days later on a Thursday to pick up the car. Our only negative on the entire experience is that the car was not fully detailed and ready to drive off when we arrived on the pick-up day. The issues were resolved fairly quickly but we were surprised that there were any issues at that point. More
