We just wanted to see what was available and what kind of trade we could get on our Nissan after the A/C quit working. When we arrived we were met by salesman, Jamel Brown who was very friendly and open to the fact that we were just looking at this time. He asked us what we were interested in and showed us several vehicles that were available in what I was looking for. He did not preasure us in any way and he was very helpfull in getting an appraisal on our vehicle that was very reasonable. After finding a couple of possible vehicles that I was interested in Jamel went to the manager and worked very hard to get us a great price and a deal that we could afford. The fact that Jamel went out of his way is the reason that I made a decision to buy the car at Sanford Infiniti and at this time. Everyone at this dealership is very friendly and professional, they will go out of their way to help make buying a car a fun experience. Thanks! More

I insisted he stop calling me sir but he is a marine corp veteran and wouldnt have it. I came in the first day test drove the car and loved it. Went to Acura, Mercedes, and Audi. They all worked very well with me but Tony Insisted I come back. I thought about the deal Tony offered me and had to take it. Not only because of how good it was but because of the feeling i got from him and Sanford Infiniti. Chris is the Manager that ran all numbers for us and really made this come true. When i decided to come back to sign papers and pick up my new car. Tony had all the paperwork ready to go and i was out within the hour. Thanks again Sanford Infiniti I love my car and will be sending tony a lot of business. More

Wonderful Experience! I recently needed to purchase a new car due to mine being stolen. Chris P was so great and patient with me and took the time to explain every single detail to me. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, and gave some really great recommendations! We were already familiar with the quality and luxury synonymous with the brand having owned one a few years back. What I was not familiar with was the effort that a sales consultant would exhaust to help us find the exact car we wanted for a price that we were very comfortable paying. My wife and I try to be exhaustive when it comes to researching our larger purchases. I was amazed how much more we were able to learn about the QX60 from Chad throughout the process. He was always courteous, never pushy, and willing to spend the time we needed (at least 4 visits to the dealership and two test drives) to make sure this was the right vehicle for us. Thanks Chad. Outstanding Dealership Experience! My husband and I were in the market to immediately make a decision on a 7-seater SUV. We had visited the Acura dealership across the street numerous My husband and I were in the market to immediately make a decision on a 7-seater SUV. We had visited the Acura dealership across the street numerous times and had test driven multiple MDXs. In regard to pricing, Acura will only negotiate approximately $300 from what you see on the sticker and they don't participate in the AT&T Preferred Supplier program to purchase vehicles. Mistake. We were on the way to the Acura dealership to lease an MDX when we decided to stop into the Sanford Infiniti just to "check it out" even though we didn't think that we'd ever be able to bring the full deal to the table. MDXs are one thing but an Infiniti QX60 is completely another. How wrong we were. From the moment we arrived on the property - not only was the experience outstanding, but we felt completely at home. Nicely greeted by the receptionist and then we had the pleasure of working with Jamel Brown. All I can say is WOW - he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, funny, personable, no high pressure and we immediately felt completely at ease. He took care of us from start to finish - found just the right SUV for us, negotiated the right price (including the AT&T Preferred Supplier discount) and the rest is history. I cannot say enough about Jamel - he's just one of those people that you are comfortable with immediately and you know you can trust. I would highly recommend him and the entire management and staff at Sanford Infiniti. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager were wonderful as well. When you're there, not to steal a marketing phrase, but you feel like family - something very rare in today's car dealerships. More

The overall transaction went seamlessly, especially given that the primary Sales contact (Christian) had to step out given the arrival of a brand new family member. Chris Wilson, the Sales Manager, stepped in with aplomb and completed the transaction with ease. I highly recommend the Sales team at Sanford Infiniti and look forward to growing a long-term relationship with the Service team moving forward. More
