this is about the service department. I had an issue with my newer car (3 weeks old bought elsewhere) not starting and doing other weird things after it was jump started. The people in th I had an issue with my newer car (3 weeks old bought elsewhere) not starting and doing other weird things after it was jump started. The people in there were all friendly and helpful, especially Trent who handled everything. They let me use a loaner, kept me updated and repaired my car in a timely fashion. Car problems are frustrating and I was a bit upset but they made everything easy and I left my car there with a smile on my face. I certainly recommend them and I can't say I have ever recommended a car dealer's service dept previously. Had issues with every other one and I preferred using an independent mechanic. More

Went to Sandy Sansing for service. Being from New York we needed an oil change and tire rotation while down south for the winter. Service was efficient and staff was very friendly. Review is long overdue! Tracey is amazing!!! I took in my 2015 Mazda 3 I-touring and Don in the service department was able to determine why I was hearing a muffle sound coming thru upon receiving incoming c 2015 Mazda 3 I-touring and Don in the service department was able to determine why I was hearing a muffle sound coming thru upon receiving incoming calls ( I had blown the front speakers). I also had a code of P017, which is your Intake Air/Fuel Ratio Bank 1. After Don examined my car, he was able to conclude that my engine air intake filter was not properly secured; therefore allowing air into the engine. Since I didn't feel like waiting on diagnosis JJ from service was able to take me home and drop me off, he was very professional and a great conversationalist! Not sure why Tracey hasn't been promoted to Service Manager, but in the almost 7 years I've been bringing my car in, she has always been very knowledgeable about my vehicle and NOT trying to sell me something that I didn't need! More
