Rob helped me find exactly the kind of car I was looking for and was surprisingly honest with me about which cars were the most practical and reliable (according to my research). The car I wanted was a bit more expensive than the loan I'd acquired, but they gave me such a great deal on my trade-in that we were able to make it work (even though the car had 180,000 miles on it!). I really got the feeling that what I wanted and needed mattered to him. He never tried to tempt me out of my price range or add on extra stuff. He went the extra mile during the purchasing process, even going so far as to attempt to transfer my employee sticker to my new car (it fell apart, but the gesture meant a lot to me!). I absolutely recommend him to first-time buyers or really anyone who prefers a no-nonsense approach to the purchasing process! More

Back in Mobile, I needed a dealer for service that offered the levels I had come to expect in Atlanta, and dealing with Mazda directly. This service department knows what is what! I had the hood flutter on a 2016 CX-5 that was supposed to be resolved in 2013. Other dealers (including the one I purchased from) say the problem and had no solution for a fix. 4 hours after dropping my car off - I had a call saying some welds and sealant weren't up to code and they would fix that and give me a loaner credit. My car won't be back for a few days - I'll update when the work is done - but my confidence in Mazda has been restored. More

He was keenly aware of my need for a good road car because of my 80 miles daily round trip travel to work and also the monthly long distance travel (approximately 800 miles round trip) I will participate in for family business. He was concerned that the vehicle financed would have low gas mileage for in-town and highway travel and would have monthly service available that would not be financially prohibitive. All in all, he put together a good deal that fit within my budget and was extremely personable and positive throughout the process. His attention even extended to taking the time to show me how every aspect of the car operated. He was attentive to every detail even being concerned that I had the color I preferred. I was hesitant about purchasing a new vehicle, but Mr. Bailey and his associates at Sandy Sansing Mazda made the experience joyful, gratifying and affordable. And I love my new car! More

Rob Sansonia was very friendly and didn't put any pressure on me to make the sale. After negotiating price, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Joel was very willing to work with me, as I didn't have the money for the down payment on-hand and it was after 5pm, so that I could drive the car home that day (I live an hour away in Mobile, Al). Joel also got me better financing than from my bank and my first two payments paid. It was a pleasant car-buying experience and I will definitely turn to the Sandy Sansing family of dealerships for car purchases in the future. More
