this is about the service department. I had an issue with my newer car (3 weeks old bought elsewhere) not starting and doing other weird things after it was jump started. The people in there were all friendly and helpful, especially Trent who handled everything. They let me use a loaner, kept me updated and repaired my car in a timely fashion. Car problems are frustrating and I was a bit upset but they made everything easy and I left my car there with a smile on my face. I certainly recommend them and I can't say I have ever recommended a car dealer's service dept previously. Had issues with every other one and I preferred using an independent mechanic. More

We needed to replace 2 vehicles at the same time, not an easy task and Keith, James, Jake and the team at Sansing Mazda were able to get both done with same day delivery.
