Horrible service department. Do not take your car there. My speedometer stopped working and said I needed to replace both speed indictors at a cost of $600. When I questioned the service person he told me I was being confrontational. Told him to verify with the technician that both were out or just one. Only one was out so cost would be $400. They did fix it. They obviously have a sales quota and will try and do work you don’t need to make more money. In my book that’s stealing. I can’t prove this but that’s my point once they have your car you must trust they will be truthful. Also had 8am appointment on a Wednesday got car back on Friday? More
Called a month ago about my 2018 F 150 recall on floor mat shield and the fact that my 10 speed transmission was jerking around, was told to bring in on Sept. 13, which I did, they called the next day and mat shield and the fact that my 10 speed transmission was jerking around, was told to bring in on Sept. 13, which I did, they called the next day and said it was ready, when I tried to leave the transmission would not engage for over 5 seconds so I turned around and took it back.. I was then told they would have to break down the transmission, 10 days latter I called to see if it was ready and was told they had not even started on it because other people were ahead of me and it could be another 3 to 4 weeks on a transmission that only has about 30,000 miles on it.. How is that possible when I had an appointment to fix the 10 speed transmission on 9-13-22, I have been loyal to Ford for 30 years but now I am very very disappointed. More
Rediculously over charging for service. Had my truck towed to the dealership. Was told by the service agent that they would look at my truck first thing the next morning. I waited until after lunch and they still had not called me to give an update. I called several times between 12 and 4 and the agent would not call me back. I had to borrow a vehicle and waste gas driving to dealership, When I arrived they had not even looked at it yet. When they performed the diagnostic check, it was the lower fuel pump on my 2013 Ford F-250. The pump is very easy to change. I changed it myself in about 45 minutes. The pump costs $390 with tax. They wanted $1475 to replace it. I told them no, I would do it myself. Then they charged me $199 for the diagnostic check. $199 to plug in the computer and run a service scan. Part of the charge was an $18 supplies fee. What supplies? They are taking advantage of people and I would not recommend them to anyone.Price gouging people in a time that our country is struggling and nearing recession. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied!!! More
