Do not buy a car from these people. Awful experience. Elderly couple buys a car. Totally shady, confusing, misleading process. Elderly couple was upset and attempted to return the car the next morning. Salesman lies and refuses to take car back. Long story of deceit with the latest being told the dealership would find the second key fob for us. Multiple messages left for manager and salesman over the last 3 weeks with no returned calls. Now we will have to pay hundreds for another fob after being scammed. Car also has electrical issues. Probably should get an attorney. Do not deal with these people. They had weeks to do the right thing and do not even have the courtesy of returning a call. Very shady and unprofessional. Dealership also sold us a 3500 extended warranty by telling us that the warranty was about to expire. (salesman/dealerships receive kick backs from third party providers of extended warranties. do you think it's ethical to mislead that the warranty is expiring to get the commission?) After determining that the factory warranty is not about to expire we were able to cancel the extended warranty. Finally got a call back from a subordinate after the review. Subordinate has a temper tantrum yelling and screaming about the review. Hangs up on me after his juvenile tantrum. Prefers to communicate via text and agrees to buy the car back in writing for what we paid for it. Completely unprofessional. When we agree to the deal, he changes the offer will only pay 2000 less for the car than what we paid for it. They scammed us once but we are not going to get taken for another 2000. After reading the many other bad reviews of the key scam it seems this is a regular business practice with these people. Next stop: Attorney General. I will add a copy of the offer to buy the car back for what we paid for it as well as our purchase contract and the fabricated buy-back offer to show the latest scam attempt. More

Poor Sales Department Leased a new Lincoln from them in 2015 and wanted to trade for new vehicle. Decided to not get a Lincoln this time (had 5 Lincolns before) and went to Leased a new Lincoln from them in 2015 and wanted to trade for new vehicle. Decided to not get a Lincoln this time (had 5 Lincolns before) and went to a different brand. Sandy S. in Daphne would not allow us to trade a vehicle with a different Brand and actually said they would not help us in anyway if we did not get another Lincoln from them. The new dealer had to find a location in Dallas to work with. I would suggest you never lease from Lincoln!!!! To make things even more difficult over the course of the last few months, their phone systems do not work. You have to call the service department and get transferred to Sales. Very unprofessional company. More

Husband wrecked new vehicle so we went back to get the same car and we located one nearby to get transferred to us. It fell through due to the other dealership in D'iberville who lied to us etc. (whole other review for those folks!). Anyhow same day, Chris Farber and the team at Sandy Sansing found me a better vehicle and made it happen! I am sooo happy! Ralph in finance dept is amazing. Straightforward and true people all around. Was driving home the same day my original deal was messed up and in a better car! Had balloons 🎈 on my new car when I got there and we released them upon leaving... Was an experience versus a chore. Great Job to all there. Chris Farber went above and beyond ! Thank you! More
Excellent service and the best deal. Highly recommended deal We were in the area and passed through the lot of the dealership to look at a vehicle. Mr. Wynn Pierce came out to meet us and said he would be glad to show us around. We took one of his cards and left because we were in a hurry. A few days later we went back and Mr. Pierce showed us several of the Transit Connect vans we were interested in. We were not dead set on buying a new van but Mr. Pierce made us a great deal, 2,000.00 less than the closet competitor. The Transit Connect van is a excellent vehicle with luxury car like front and heavy duty cargo space in the back. To top it off, six weeks after our purchase, Mr. Pierce sent us a rebate check we had no idea we were entitled to. I purchased a Copy of email I sent to dealership:I would like to let someone know about the experience that I have had so far with your service dept. I purchased a new F-150 about a year ago from a Mobile dealer. I live in Spanish Fort and so the Sandy Sansing dealer is convenient for me to get service on my truck. I have been to your service department three times in the last year. The first time was for a routine service and I had no problems. The second time was for routine service and rotate and balance tires because I had a bad vibration. They said that they fixed the vibration by rotation and balancing the tires, but they did not fix it. It has been just as bad since. I stopped by the service dept about two weeks ago because my battery died while out of town and I had to stop at an Auto Zone and buy a new battery. The tech at Auto Zone tested my battery and alternator and said that I needed to have my alternator checked because it was not working properly. So when I stopped by your service dept, I was told that they were booked up and it would be several days before someone could check my alternator and I would have to make an appointment. I called back today to make an appointment for Friday of this week and was told that I couldn't get an appointment until Wednesday of NEXT WEEK. I told the guy on the phone that I work offshore and would be leaving next Wednesday to work for 4 weeks and he told me "sorry, there's nothing I can do". I have been doing business with Eastern Shore Toyota for the last 5 years and I have NEVER had problems getting in to get service or repairs. The kind of treatment I have received from your dealership is unacceptable and I will definitely start taking my vehicle to Mobile for my service work even though it is not convenient for me to do so. Of course, next time it is time for me to buy a new vehicle, your dealership will automatically be excluded as well. I am not interested in buying from a dealer that cannot service its customers!!
