F-350 fuel pump replacement This truck is the third one purchased from Charlie Wall. The dealership has outstanding personal with the mentality to take care of it customers. The fuel pump broke on I-10 about 20 miles from dealership. Having called dealership about problem they offered to come get me and the vehicle. When the tow truck unloaded my truck at their shop the service manager and a mechanic checked the truck out and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. They had me up and running in a timely manner. As long as they treat me this way I will always use them THANKS More

Long time but it got fixed.. My ac stopped working. They couldn't figure out what the problem with it at my appointment. Rick helped me get into a nice loaner. Every time I called My ac stopped working. They couldn't figure out what the problem with it at my appointment. Rick helped me get into a nice loaner. Every time I called Rick apologized that it was taking so long and that they were working on finding the problem. It did take 2.5 months but in their defense they had to pulled out all the wires and replace them. I'm so happy with my service. Rick is a great guy. Helped me more than I can say. So happy my ac works!! More

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A NEW TRUCK FROM THEM AND THAT W I HAVE USED SANDY SANSING FOR SERVICE ON MY FORD TRUCK FOR YEARS AND ALWAYS HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE SALESMAN SHOWED US ALL OF THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON FORD TRUCKS AND WHEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE EXACT TRUCK WE WANTED FOUND ONE AND HAD IT DELIVERED IN TWO DAYS.
