Poor Treatment Car in for air bag recall, oil change and air conditioner problem diagnosis. Oil changed, sensor replaced and an outrageously overpriced estimate to Car in for air bag recall, oil change and air conditioner problem diagnosis. Oil changed, sensor replaced and an outrageously overpriced estimate to replace sensor and AC control module of over $1000. Declined module replacement. Service was offered for free with no reasonable explanation. Once home I discovered that the front seats were soiled and the one of the dash panels was scratched. Dash had to be partially removed for air bag work. Thus the scratched panel. More
The works I took my f150 3.5 eccobost in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up the invoice said 5w20 oil. The cap calls for 5w30. Questioned I took my f150 3.5 eccobost in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up the invoice said 5w20 oil. The cap calls for 5w30. Questioned the service writter and he went into the back and came out with a supervisor. They seemed confused but the supervisor opened the hood and read the oil filler cap and it read 5w30 so he said the techs always follow what’s on the cap. The service writter says they always put 5w20 on the invoice because if they put 5w30 the cost of the oil change rotation would be $100 instead of $50. That was such a ridiculous claim I did not even argue it. So bottom line is I do not know if I have the correct oil or not. More
