There aren't enough STARS for this Dealership My name is David Crass. I hope none of you will ever go through what I have gone through over the past year and a half. It started when I wanted a T My name is David Crass. I hope none of you will ever go through what I have gone through over the past year and a half. It started when I wanted a Toyota Avolan Limited. At a Toyota Super Dearler about 5 miles west of Sandy Sansing.. I traded in a new Sonata Sport that I only had for a few months. Paid $4000 down and added the Avolan to my Insurance about a week later , I was told I didn't make enough money to get the Limited model, but if I could pay another $1000 down, I could get the XLE model. The payment was a lot less, so I agreed. My credit score at the time was over 700. A few days after adding the second Avolan to my Insurance, they told me the same thing. Being there was nothing else I wanted, I just wanted my Sonata Sport and my $5000 back. Then the real nightmare started. They said they sold my car. They brought out a Highlander that wasn't even close to what I wanted . The manager told me if I didn't take it that I could walk out with nothing. I wish I had. The sales manager told me that he was going to take the managers job, and if I would take the Highlander and make a years payments he would get me any car I wanted at Toyota's best financing. I reluctantly agreed to that. So I made the payments for a year and a half and tried numerous times to get a car that I wanted, but they ignored me and lied about everything. Then to make matters worse, they didn't pay my Sonata off for about 4 months. This gave me missed and late payments with the Credit Buero. My credit score dropped 100 points. Finally I found a beautiful Lincoln MKZ at Sandy Sansing Ford/Lincoln in Daphne, Alabama. They made me a great deal and I am driving a car far better than the Avolan. If you visit them, ask for Blake Farmer and tell him David Crass sent you. I get a finders fee. Thank you. I know where to shop for a car from now on. Thank you, David Crass More

Poor Treatment Car in for air bag recall, oil change and air conditioner problem diagnosis. Oil changed, sensor replaced and an outrageously overpriced estimate to Car in for air bag recall, oil change and air conditioner problem diagnosis. Oil changed, sensor replaced and an outrageously overpriced estimate to replace sensor and AC control module of over $1000. Declined module replacement. Service was offered for free with no reasonable explanation. Once home I discovered that the front seats were soiled and the one of the dash panels was scratched. Dash had to be partially removed for air bag work. Thus the scratched panel. More
The works I took my f150 3.5 eccobost in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up the invoice said 5w20 oil. The cap calls for 5w30. Questioned I took my f150 3.5 eccobost in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up the invoice said 5w20 oil. The cap calls for 5w30. Questioned the service writter and he went into the back and came out with a supervisor. They seemed confused but the supervisor opened the hood and read the oil filler cap and it read 5w30 so he said the techs always follow what’s on the cap. The service writter says they always put 5w20 on the invoice because if they put 5w30 the cost of the oil change rotation would be $100 instead of $50. That was such a ridiculous claim I did not even argue it. So bottom line is I do not know if I have the correct oil or not. More
