Customer service the way it should be! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Robby Mercante at this location. It's very frustrating when your family vehicle breaks down and even more I had the absolute pleasure of working with Robby Mercante at this location. It's very frustrating when your family vehicle breaks down and even more challenging when you have to bring it to the shop with your small children. I was greeted with a big smile and hearty hand shake by Robby and reassured that my vehicle would be well taken care of and finished in a timely fashion. Yeah right, is what I was thinking. This isn't my first rodeo guy! But I was mistaken. Robby had my vehicle serviced and ready to hit the road again in no time. It is not often that you find a service writer that is honest and genuinely concerned with making sure that the customer is completely satisfied in my experience. For those of you who think, ahh you just got lucky that day, I will have you know I have been back to this location on several occasions and the results are consistently above and beyond!
