Took my car in last week for oil change and tire rotation. One week later I have to take it back because I started noticing oil spots underneath. They take a look and confirmed the oil filter was no rotation. One week later I have to take it back because I started noticing oil spots underneath. They take a look and confirmed the oil filter was not screwed on right. They did a second oil change free. As soon as I get home I hear the motor making terrible noises. Now it's in the shop again and they have to tear apart the engine to find out the damage. Now my 2016 mustang GT with low mileage has a motor in it than ran without oil. I'm waiting to see how it turns out but I'm severely pissed and this is unacceptable. More

On my third trip to them for yet more shoddy work on the same repairs they actually got my vehicle back to me the same day (at least they offered a rental this time if they couldn't return it to me in a timely manner). Rude staff and a terrible experience overall. Had a decent experience with the sales department when I purchased my last couple vehicles... Won't be sending them any more of my business.... More
