Stay far, far. Away from this place. Took a week for appointment and work was not completed after 3 1/2 days. Grosely overcharges. Awesome Experience We had a wonderful experience at Sandy Sansing Ford in Daphne. I looked up my exact Ford Explorer in their online inventory. Sandy Sansing’s website We had a wonderful experience at Sandy Sansing Ford in Daphne. I looked up my exact Ford Explorer in their online inventory. Sandy Sansing’s website had multiple pictures and angles of the actual vehicle (Not a generic photo album like Ford.com has). I reached out for information. Walter Forrest was great. We communicated throughout the day via text. He listened to what I was requiring as well as answered all of my questions. He wasn’t pushy, but was very informative. When we got to the dealership, he had prepared all of the paperwork, the Explorer was under an overhang completely detailed. (He made them park it under the overhang because there was a slight chance of rain). When we arrived, it was like meeting a friend. The dealership itself was very nice. They had crayons and coloring sheets that kept my 4 year old daughter happy. They also had DirecTV and she was able to watch Disney Jr (She’s in charge, if she’s happy and occupied, we’re good). Bottom Line, i would definitely do business with this dealership for my future vehicles as well. It was a bit of a drive for us from Pensacola but I feel like it was very worth it. More

Best Service!! Robert Patton really went over and above on fixing my problem with my truck pulling to the right. Robert and Tony went on a test drive with me and could fell the issue.
