My Edge ST has a noise at highway speeds. I went for a 20 minute ride to demonstrate the noise. Of course the noise didn’t sound. Worst experience ever. They don't care about their customers at all. They are disrespectful and rude. They made me wait for hours at the service and told me they can't do anything. I kept calling them over and over again and finally, I was able to reach a lady called Lisa from the service department who was very rude and disrespectful. Don't recommend it. More

Normal very good service call except for surprise at the end Not an issue caused by the dealership but in delay in completing was advised was all wheel lug nuts had to be replaced to do simple tire rotation as l Not an issue caused by the dealership but in delay in completing was advised was all wheel lug nuts had to be replaced to do simple tire rotation as long term factory defect came up of defective lug nuts which deformed in removal/installation and has been a problem for Expeditions for years. I was shocked by this as I drive frequently on NC mountain roads far from any repair shop if I had a flat and have no special tools to deal with this issue nor did Ford or the dealership warn me that there existed a possibility that I could be stranded with a load of Seniors in bad weather conditions out of cell range. Though this is not a big issue if this problem was found when vehicle was at a dealership with a inventory set of replacement lug nuts (this was) but it could have been under the wrong road conditions. I cannot understand why Ford had not done a recall on this?? I would like a call from Ford Motor to explain their logic here and years of production on apparently several vehicle lines of ignoring this. I am glad Sansing Ford found the problem and corrected this but I guess I have to find a set of proper lug nuts and some kind of tool to remove them to carry in the Expedition in an emergency. I can understand various vehicle defects but not designing a vehicle without the definite ability to install a spare tire safely in normal road conditions!! More
