Terrible service department. Brought truck in on Monday for oil change, transmission issue and two open recalls. I got no calls from the service department at all. I had to call them at the end of day each for oil change, transmission issue and two open recalls. I got no calls from the service department at all. I had to call them at the end of day each day for 3 days. I picked the truck up in Wednesday as I needed my truck back. They had only given an oil change. I surely hope the safety recalls do not harm me or my family that they failed to fix! More

I had an Appointment at 10:30 to look at my Edge which had a Check Engine light on, at 2:00 I picked up my keys and left after waiting 3 1/2 hours. No service was was performed. Service Manager or Servic had a Check Engine light on, at 2:00 I picked up my keys and left after waiting 3 1/2 hours. No service was was performed. Service Manager or Service Writers did not contact or inform me of the wait. So with my experience with this dealer, I can not recommend doing business with this dealer, POOR customer service. More

I experienced the worst customer service in my life. Leaving the dealership the used truck would not start, sales guy tried to rig the positive battery terminal assembly which was custom but was mechan Leaving the dealership the used truck would not start, sales guy tried to rig the positive battery terminal assembly which was custom but was mechanically broken, their main goal was to get me off the lot so the “sale as is” clause would kick in as the Sales Manager screamed I bought “as is” after calling me the customer an idiot. It became obvious that there was no quick fix, it was night. My safety was an inconvenience for the sales manager, and after the screaming and insults, the finance person working in the back stepped up, a very nice man took me home and gave my Mom her check back as directed by the Sales Manager. The next day the finance person worked on getting the trucked fixed, and the sales person delivered to the house. That nightmare experience was made worse after I heard the Sales Manager call someone that evening and said I cussed at him, a lie he used to cover for the worse behavior I have ever seen. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work for this person. This is a summary of my ordeal, by no means can I express my shock.
