As far as the glare you gave as I was leaving behind your glass sales desk and couldn't even come and congratulate me on my purchase just because we had words on pricing won't work with me and as far as I'm concerned I will not refer people because of that which is to bad for the outstanding job Mr Walker and F&I did you ruined it sir negative stars as far as I'm concerned and I did not get a survey which I expected after the way you treated me!!!!! I do love the jeep though!!! Johnny Ramsey Retired Navy Chief!! More

Holly , Frenchy go out of their way to ensure your satisfied and the sale is complete. Our family has purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and recommend you give Holly the opportunity to earn your business. They recognize USAA pricing and will match that price. Again I encourage you to see this dealership you won't regret it. More

Called and got a salesmen who confirmed the truck was still on the lot and sent me pictures. Agreed to head to the dealership the next day and that I would give a heads up before I head out there. Get to the dealership and the salesmen I originally was working with had a customer so I was pushed off to someone else, that's okay. Checked out the truck and took it for a drive. Found a few minor things wrong that I would want taken care of but nothing crazy. The salesmen was not very knowledgeable. Went back inside and gave my information for my trade and was told they'll get me some numbers. This is when Paul Bishop came over to me with the numbers for the deal. I was dealing with Paul Bishop for under a minute before he turned extremely disrespectful to me. He presents numbers to me, I tell him it won't work, and he breaks into some story about how he is going to help me. I try to stop him and he overrides me and tells me not to interrupt him. When this happens I immediately turn to leave the dealership except I can't because they have the key to my trade. So I turn around, slightly annoyed, and tell him to give me my key. He begins to yell at me that he won't be talked to that way and that I can take my business somewhere. Very unprofessional and does not care about customers at all. Makes this dealership look very bad. More

Serious lack of professionalism Currently sitting in service department still waiting. Bought truck on Monday evening. Was told to make appointment to have new key fob and car detail Currently sitting in service department still waiting. Bought truck on Monday evening. Was told to make appointment to have new key fob and car detailed later in week. Made appointment for 10am Saturday. Arrived at 9:50. Truck was not taken back until 11:20 with 2-3 other customers who just drove in placed ahead of me. What's point of having an appointment. Was given excuse that "only 2 technicians working today". Wasn't until I requested comment card for complaint that something actually happened. Seems like no communication between departments as service department didn't even know truck also supposed to be detailed. Also noted truck listing worded wrong when arrived to look at truck on Monday. Seller cmoments listed truck as "Big Horn package, all power interior". When I showed salesman, he tried to blame on Autotrader as listed by VIN number. I highly doubt Autotrader wrote the seller comments. Test drive and sell not pressured but definitely rushed. Luckily still liked the truck and was able to negotiate somewhat fair deal. Would not recommend to drive from out of town for dealership. More

Spoke with sales rep about the jeep we saw on their website 2 times asking many questions about the vehicle and setup an appointment before heading to the dealership. After driving an hour in half to the dealership the jeep was not there a sales person drove it home. After being at the dealership 3 hours. Finally jeep arrives back to dealership and it is not the same jeep as the one on their website. Same exterior but interior was very different online jeep had a sun roof the jeep brought to us did not. We were told the pictures online were wrong they must have put the wrong interior pictures on the website. However, they did try to sale us another jeep that had the same interior and sunroof as the jeep we went to buy was supposed to have for almost $ 7,000 more than the jeep they had put online. What a disappointment and a wasted drive. Don't take their bait and try to buy a vechicle they have posted on their website. More
Bad experience I bought a used Saturn SUV and paid cash . Told them I wanted everything checked out before I paid for it . Had to take it back the next day after I I bought a used Saturn SUV and paid cash . Told them I wanted everything checked out before I paid for it . Had to take it back the next day after I had paid for an extended warranty. They used my extended warranty for something that should have been fixed before I bought it. Steering column messed up and also fan on radiator making noises, took off the tow bar on it without asking me first. Salesman was very rude and said there was nothing else they could do for me. But he got a paycheck from me buying that car. It goes to show that you think sometimes a dealer might not quite rip u off but they do. I guess because I am a woman. Problem has not been resolved and my steering column is still messed up. The service staff seems to be the only ones that are nice . I told them I was still having problems with the column and they told me to bring it back but now I don't trust that it will be fixed right.i will probably have to take it somewhere else to get the problem resolved. The service staff has been nice but I feel like if I paid cash for something everything should have been fixed before I picked it up. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Beware of them. More
GREAT EXPERIENCE / WORTH THE DRIVE FROM PENSACOLA Had just left a Pensacola Jeep dealer after they low balled us on our trade value and lied to us about USAA pricing. Since this is not a review about Had just left a Pensacola Jeep dealer after they low balled us on our trade value and lied to us about USAA pricing. Since this is not a review about them I'll move on to Gulf Jeep's review: We walked in and were greeted promptly. We told them what we were looking for (I already knew what was on the lot from my online research.) Terry showed us the Jeeps were were interested in. It was refreshing to have a sales person that was knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling. We then asked for a trade value for my truck and began crunching numbers. No surprise the first number they came back with was lower than I wanted. They were lower on my trade that I thought it should be. The price of the Jeep was good though. After my counter offer (which was pretty low to be honest) Paul came over and talked to me about my trade value. I told him about my research and he showed me what they had. We came to an agreement on the trade value very quickly. The trade value given this time was right in line with what I thought it should be. At the end of the day we got an amazing deal on the Jeep using USAA pricing, active duty military cash allowance, and a mailer coupon for cash allowance I received. To seal the deal they even added one more dealer installed option at cost. It was worth the 20 mile drive from Pensacola to visit Terry and Paul at Gulf Chrylser Jeep in Foley Alabama. How much was it worth? I got $3,000 more for my trade and paid $1,400 less for the Jeep compared to the Pensacola Jeep dealer's price. The 30 minute drive saved me $4,400. (and they never lied to me as the Pensacola dealer did.) If you are in Pensacola, or anywhere in the region for that matter, I encourage you to visit your local Chrysler/Jeep dealer then head over to Gulf Chrysler Jeep to compare the deals. Or, you could save yourself some frustration and time and drive over to Foley right away. If you don't at least give Gulf Jeep a chance to win your business you are making a huge financial mistake. It would have been a $4,400 mistake in my case. More
