Excellent and timely service Called for a service appt and got one to meet my schedule, had two sensors that need to be looked at. Before I could get 2016 jeep wrangler to them th Called for a service appt and got one to meet my schedule, had two sensors that need to be looked at. Before I could get 2016 jeep wrangler to them the breaks locked and couldn't drive. I talked to the service dept they hooked me up to get it towed to the dealership and had it fixed the same day. Very helpful and kept me posted throughout. More
Poor Service Department Took in my 2008 Commander for a factory recall repair for the ignition and keyfobs dropped off at 7am using night drop . Called the service department after opening and Was told would be ready by by lunch time. Called st 2pm and car still in the shop not complete. When I picked up the car the new key fob was missing the valet key which is also the bottom part of the keyfob. Was told is wasnt covered by recall and I could purchase for $37.50 each. Then was told they don't work and wont start the car anyway. So now I have new key fobs with missing piece. So they ordered new kry fobs and took out the valet key and gave my the new fob . Really , so they are willing to alienate a customer over $75 . I'm in the customer service business and write off more than this daily for guest satisfaction. After owning 2 Chrysler Town and a country vans. A jeep liberty and now a jeep commander pretty sure I'm done with Chrysler Jepp dealer in Foley . More

Don’t buy from this dealership I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. I had to schedule service because the passenger floorboard was leaking. Diagnosis was there was a s I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. I had to schedule service because the passenger floorboard was leaking. Diagnosis was there was a seam that was not sealed. The carpet had mildewed. They used so much chemical cleaning the carpet that I had to ride with the windows down for five days. When I realized the passenger floorboard was still leaking and the carpet had mildewed again I called the service department to schedule a service. I scheduled the service and on the day of I called to check there were no loaner cars. So I waited and rescheduled the service only to be told that they had so many loaners out because of cars breaking down that there were no loaners available. I offered to schedule a week out but was told “the General Manager holds the keys in his office and they don’t know how long it will take for a car to be fixed so they don’t know when the loaners will be returned” I guess you just keep checking until the warranty runs out. More
