Dropped my jeep off for headlight issue and they found that the lights were loose. But instead of actually looking and diagnosing the if the clips were there they just pushed $4200 headlight assemblies. I that the lights were loose. I found that the clips were built in and there and I was able to get fixed myself in less than 15 minutes. Im glad I paid $200 to have your techs put no effort into actually finding the problem. This will be the last time I ever bring my vehicle to your service department. I would really appreciate a refund also. Times are tough and to loose that much money to a worthless and effortless diagnosis really hurts. But hey my kids will just have to do without. More
