Without a doubt the worst service I have EVER experienced. I am a owner of 3 Jeeps...a 1980 CJ 5, 2008 Wrangler and a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. They shuttled us between the dealership and the campground and we’re timely and professional in our communication with them. They checked out the transmission and we’re able to assure us that all was fine. It’s so worrisome when on the road to have vehicle issues and we are appreciative of the fine service we received at Gulf Chrysler. More

After scheduling an appointment a week in advance, my truck sat at this dealership for over 2 days with nothing being done. After our salesman told us that was the case we were ready to sign the papers. Little did we know we got the weakest jeep of the crew. It only hauls 3500 lbs max and had trouble making it up a hill with a little bit of snow on it (2 wheel drive). This car is not what we wanted our car salesman to sell us. Never going through dealership again especially this one. Although you might be greeted with smiles don't forget that they are there to screw you over. Please choose somewhere else or even better or your car online with Carvana, Autotrader, or even Car Guru. Keep away from shady carsalesman that don't tell the truth. More
