Went to Sandy in Milton for service on my 2024 Dodge, true customer service crew lead by Mr. STRONG. They found the issue and fixed it. The other Dodge dealership returned the vehicle unfixed. Dalton did a very good job as my advisor. The only thing that bothered me, was that when they returned the jeep back to me the check engine light was still on. I had an appointment for both an issue with my Off Road Pages that were not working and asked to have an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off my truck at 7:15am and did not hear back from the dealersh Pages that were not working and asked to have an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off my truck at 7:15am and did not hear back from the dealership until I contacted them later that day. I sent them a text around 2:30 for any update and they called me after 4 and told me the Off Road Pages were working and would not have time to do an oil change until the next day. I told them that if I was not going to get my truck back the same day, I did not want to be charged for the oil change for my inconvenience. They texted me back and said it would be done by closing time. Not very good service for someone that had an appointment and had my truck all day. Hope my future services will be handled more efficiently and courteous. More
