It is a wonder how Sandy Sansing could have stayed in business. as long as it has. It must be the sales area because the service struggles with honesty. We have now tried 3 different locations for 3 diff business. as long as it has. It must be the sales area because the service struggles with honesty. We have now tried 3 different locations for 3 different makes of vehicle and in each case the price quoted for non-exploratory work was substantially different from the bill. Moreover an appointment means nothing. Waiting 4 hours and the repair wasn't even started with a scheduled appointment. The quoted price on the phone was $500 for a battery and billed $625. These are the reasons "dealer service" has a bad rap. For over 50 years I have been using dealer service and nothing can match the disappointment of this dealer. We will continue to us dealer service, we will just have to travel to do so. More

Brought my truck in for an issue with my blower fan. They found a piece of tape that had gotten stuck to it. Had me back out the door in 20 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. Don’t USE company for anything! ! Went for 30,000 mile service! When vehicle was returned Dashcam, gps and radar detector were all disconnected! Was not informed prior to or after ! When I complained was told they don’t allow recordings in service or of techs! However there are several signs that clearly advise video recording on premises! What are they hiding? doing or NOT doing to our vehicles! I will not do ANY business with this company, associated companies or associates again! Be warned! More
Good drop off, communication, and service experience, but…. some difficulty getting the service agent (Justin) to LISTEN. I told him THREE TIMES, and handed him a written list, that the Quadrasteer needs but…. some difficulty getting the service agent (Justin) to LISTEN. I then told the same to new agent, Ryan, and he’d never heard of Quadrasteer, and didn’t get it done either More
