Roberta is the main service advisor that I've used. Friendly and informative. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back as you have hired a former employee from Hill Kelly named Daelyn. When I checked in, she mentioned that he would assigned my vehicle. I said absolutely not and requested someone else. She assured me that she would handle it personally. I went to use the restroom and when I came out, he was sitting in my truck talking to another employee. I went to Roberta to get my keys to leave explaining that I thought it was made Clear that I did NOT want him anywhere near my vehicle or paperwork. She said he wasn't and I had to repeat multiple times that he was sitting IN MY TRUCK and I did not want him near it. She said she would handle it and apologized. While he was at Hill Kelly, His customer service skills and absolute lack of communication cost me almost 4 months without my older truck. The situation ended up getting resolved only after a corporate arbitrator got involved and I had to get correct part #s covered insert warranty. The job was not done correctly and had to be fixed at another dealership. After 12 years of going to Hill kelly, We now take our 2 Dodge Trucks and Dodge dart to the Milton dealership with no issues. The awful customer service and disrespect shown by him and the previous service manager Harvest, also helped push us to purchasing our Chevy Silverado 2500 vs getting another Dodge. More
Service advisors are friendly and usually pretty quick to address any issues. Technicians are fast but sloppy (one got grease all over my interior). Technician leads/supervisors will politely argue with you address any issues. Technicians are fast but sloppy (one got grease all over my interior). I’m still waiting on a part that the service advisor said would be in the next week, no updates or courtesy calls or anything. More
I am not happy with my service today. First of all,every employee seems to be unfriendly.. The service department has no clue to what a customer needs for their car. I came to the dealership to get a new battery and oil change and tire rotation. After waiting for 4 hours ,they tell me I also need wiper blades. I had just paid Oriely Auto to replace my blades while I watched them, 20 minutes before going to the dealer ship. Please stop trying to take advantage of seniors and women. I spoke with the customer service representative Kelly, she likes to talk about her situations instead of hearing the customer out. I have been a customer for 8 years. In the last 2 visits to this dealership, I am beginning to question their honesty towards the customer. The only employee who seems to have honesty and value to satisfy the customer is Mario. More
I had an appt, showed up on time & Was checked quickly. Bobby cked out the problem, explained it, gave me an estimate. I left my car & within 2 hours my car was fixed. My truck experienced an emergency breakdown , but I was able to drive to Sandy Sansing’ Chevrolet’s service garage in Pensacola without further problems. I was greeted by service advisor Daelen Hansen and able to drive to Sandy Sansing’ Chevrolet’s service garage in Pensacola without further problems. I was greeted by service advisor Daelen Hansen and manager Sara Juchcinski. Mr. Hansen quickly got the problem diagnosed, but told me it would be 2-3 days to get the required parts. They got them overnight! And had me on the road as soon as I could pick up the vehicle the morning after I brought it in. Many thanks for the quick service without an appointment! More

Much nicer the day I came in to purchase a new $30,000+ car. Interaction and common courtesy. Stop Sandy Sansing from blaring in your ear while you wait holding on phone. Annoying. Management needs to walk through dealerships and see real world. More
