Sales were great. Service not so good. Portal is misleading when not used correctly. Agent put me in as drop off instead of waiting. Then he didn’t come and get me the Service not so good. He said he didn’t have keys or paperwork. He had both. Then he didn’t review the work done. He did help me with my phone connect problem. An oil change and tire rotation should not take 1.5 hours. Especially with an appointment. I will take my car across the street from now on. Also your portal needs to recognize that I’ve already given my review. Yet you keep texting. Obnoxious. More
