Had my first vehicle service for my new car and was very happy with the experience. Dealership contacted me beforehand to schedule the service, sent reminders, and took care of me upon arrival. I could not rate my service at the Sandy Sansing Chevorlet Service Department any lower. New truck, 2025 Silverado 3500 Diesel. 8300 Miles! Warning for “Service Water in Fuel”. NO Warranty at al Chevorlet Service Department any lower. New truck, 2025 Silverado 3500 Diesel. 8300 Miles! Warning for “Service Water in Fuel”. NO Warranty at all! No water found in the system. The “recommendation”, $3000 for full system cleaning and injector cleaning but could not confirm there was a problem at all. I was told they would have to “drop the tank” to confirm the diagnosis but that would not be covered under warranty and that the warning did not come on while in service or on the “test drive”. Picked it up today (after over a week) and the warning was still on. The technician that pulled the truck around said he was not my adviser and that “he had a lot on his mind” (no time to talk to me I guess) when I asked about the notification. Sandy Sansing and Chevrolet DO NOT stand behind their products. NEVER AGAIN! Not a Chevrolet and certainly not a Sandy Sansing dealership! Thank you! More
