I went to Roberta to get my keys to leave explaining that I thought it was made Clear that I did NOT want him anywhere near my vehicle or paperwork. She said he wasn't and I had to repeat multiple times that he was sitting IN MY TRUCK and I did not want him near it. She said she would handle it and apologized. While he was at Hill Kelly, His customer service skills and absolute lack of communication cost me almost 4 months without my older truck. The situation ended up getting resolved only after a corporate arbitrator got involved and I had to get correct part #s covered insert warranty. The job was not done correctly and had to be fixed at another dealership. After 12 years of going to Hill kelly, We now take our 2 Dodge Trucks and Dodge dart to the Milton dealership with no issues. The awful customer service and disrespect shown by him and the previous service manager Harvest, also helped push us to purchasing our Chevy Silverado 2500 vs getting another Dodge. More
