I had to get an oil change on a Fri and knew it would be busy so I got there at 7am. There was about 9 vehicles ahead of me so I just dropped it off and left it there. I expected to be at least 3-4hrs. Soo busy so I got there at 7am. There was about 9 vehicles ahead of me so I just dropped it off and left it there. I expected to be at least 3-4hrs. Soo I waited all the wil til 1pm and decided to give them a call instead of them notifying me when its going to be ready. Went in and checked out, wasted a day waiting because they wanted to take care of the ones who stayed and waited and dont give a xxxx about the ones who dropped off. More

I bought my vehicle from Sandy Sansing Chevrolet yesterday and I have to write this to tell you what an amazing and easy experience they buying a car! My sales person Was Tabitha Burchfield and she yesterday and I have to write this to tell you what an amazing and easy experience they buying a car! My sales person Was Tabitha Burchfield and she was absolutely the best sales person I have ever bought a vehicle from (this is my 7th vehicle I have bought and it was the easiest). They made sure to get me the best rates possible and really made me feel at ease. I was able to speak openly about what I wanted and she worked with me to help me get what I wanted and needed. Overall everyone I encountered was spectacular from the manager of sales to the gentleman in finance, they are a great team. I recommend them highly. More

Understand that the salesperson was new. Being there for almost 4 hours thought we’d be offered either coffee or water. Really disappointed and doesn’t understand why we were not allowed to drive this vehic almost 4 hours thought we’d be offered either coffee or water. Really disappointed and doesn’t understand why we were not allowed to drive this vehicle by ourselves without a chaperone. Promised a good cleanings/detail but third row seating full of sand and gummy fruit wrappers. Still waiting on a replacement for the broken headset. Love the vehicle however. More
