Andy the salesman told me the truck would be clean and ready, and that there were no major scratches and it looked really good to him. Not true! There was a huge scratch on the hood, but the bigger issue ready, and that there were no major scratches and it looked really good to him. Not true! There was a huge scratch on the hood, but the bigger issue was that two or 3 inches of red caked on mud on the undercarriage of the truck. Also, on the description of the listing it stated clearly that the truck came with a bedliner, but there was no bedliner! I’ve never seen anything like it and don’t understand how nobody saw it or took care of it. Makes me wonder if the truck was even inspected at all? It already has an issue with the suspension that I’ve noticed. Andy is the reason why people have horrible points of view about used car salesman, he is the epitome of one. I drove over two hours to make this deal happen and it was the truck I wanted, but I really regret it now and I’m planning my next course of action depending on how this review is handled. More
