I was not impressed with the price point of services for returning customers. I think charging $200 for a diagnosis and then not offering to wave or reduce that fee if the customer chooses to have the work returning customers. In my experience that charge is usually put towards the cost of repairs. In this case I paid $400 for a $200 repair due to the diagnosis fee. This price was also not communicated to me when I made the appointment to bring my car in for service, had I known that simply finding out the issue was going to cost $200 - I would’ve taken my car elsewhere. The staff were pleasant and my car was repaired & returned in a timely manner & that is worth noting. More
