They broke the part attached to it that wasn't under warranty , and i had to pay for the part. Truck only has 44000 miles on it and i bought it brand new from them , and had bought another brand new truck from them previously. The service manager offered me a free oil change, i don't trust them being anywhere around my truck. More

I found a 2013 ATS that ended up being at a dealership in Foley, AL that is owned by Sandy Sansing. I had spoken to Kristin Moffitt who is with the dealerships internet department about the vehicle. It is listed at 22k with 33k miles. She told me they could pick it up and bring it to Sandy Sansing in Pensacola and I told her to let me know when they get it and I would head up there being I live an hour away. I received an email from her on 1/3/14 in the morning saying someone was going to the dealership in AL, picking up the car today and bringing it to the Pensacola and she would let me know once it arrived. About an hour later I received another email saying it had arrived. I even responded asking" it's at the dealership in Pensacola"? She responded it was and gave me the address and said it was at the Nissan dealership. I contacted a sales guy I had spoken to last time I went up there looking at an Infinity they had and advised him of the car and that I was heading up there. The salesman told me he would get the car and have it ready when I got there. He called me back advising the car wasn't there and it was in there AL location. I explained that Kristin Moffitt told me several times even by email that the vehicle was there and they brought it from AL. He advised they didn't and the two ATS they had were 25k and 27k. I contacted the GM and told him about this. I explaining the entire story, told him I have all the emails saying a sales manager was picking it up from the Alabama location and bringing it to Pensacola and then telling me it's there. I told him Jason (sales guy) told me it wasn't there and no one picked it up. The GM said he would look into it and make sure it's not there and get back to me. Never heard back from GM. Sales guy (Jason) ended up texting me a short time later that the car is still available and in their AL location and I could meet him at the dealership and drive up there with him if I want. I told the GM my wife and I just moved down here and my wife just got a new lease from Sandy Sansing and that I nor her will ever get another vehicle at their dealership again. This is a sleazy practice and they allow an employee to knowing lie about this and wasting an hour drive for a car she knew no even brought to the location. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealership if it saved me two thousand dollars. These tactics aren't used by reputable dealerships up north. Was not sati. sfied with the GM handling of this. Kristin Moffitt knew very well she was lying about the vehicle not being there and should be fired for doing so. Since she's still employed and the lack of response from the GM it's safe to say this is a typical practice at Sandy Sansing and no action is taken when they do this. I have all the messages and emails from Kristin Moffitt and will be filing complaints with the BBB and appropriate agencies so others are aware of this. Michael Price More

They charged $115 to run a diagnosis and Lenny recommend the repairs and service listed below. She bought the car new and has taken excellent care of it having all recommend maintenance and oil changes done every 3 to 4k miles. Currently, the car has 53k miles and runs great. The car does need brakes and tires which I am taking car for her. Thankfully she did not have any repairs done, but I hope other seniors are not being taken advantage. My grandmother is thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, but not I will recommend not going to SS. Let me know what you think. 02 sensor = $98 Front pads = $186 Rear pads = 182 Brake Flush = $98 Front crank seal = $161 Oil pan gasket = $666 Intake gasket, VC gaskets, oil pump seal, o rings = $929 Coolant Flush $125 Oil & Filter $30 ( she had her oil change 2500 miles ago and looked good to me) Power Steering flush $95 Battery Service $30 ( Why not just buy a new battery) Alignment $90 Total: $2690 More
Excellent Service by Salesfolk Although we purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala from another local dealership, it wasn't because of the service or the shopping experience. Sandy Sansing's Although we purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala from another local dealership, it wasn't because of the service or the shopping experience. Sandy Sansing's Chevrolet dealership offered us competitive pricing, a professional sales force, and excellent customer service. We went with the other dealership simply because of the color of the vehicle the other dealership had on the lot. We have purchased 2 cars and 1 truck from Sandy Sansing, and would recommend Chris Lewis or Jo Reese as fine, honest salespeople. More
Worst Experience of my life Let me start off by saying, I am not writing this review out of spite, malice, or vindictiveness. Here we go. My wife and I were looking for a n Let me start off by saying, I am not writing this review out of spite, malice, or vindictiveness. Here we go. My wife and I were looking for a new SUV, we are welcoming a child into this world and her Honda Civic Coupe just won't cut it. We went online and felt that we had found a vehicle that would fit our needs. It was a 2014 GMC Terrain, which was listed as being located at the Chevrolet dealership (come to find out it was at the Mazda dealership). The online Labor Day price had the vehicle priced at 24,500.00, which we thought was very affordable. Needless-to-say, we drove 100 miles from Panama City Florida to Pensacola Florida. While there our sales rep was very friendly and very personable, but it turned ugly from there. We asked to get our vehicle appraised. They didn't test drive it, just simply did a once over. Mind you this vehicle was not in perfect shape, it had damage to back left panel (where I had hit my wifes car by accident. Oops) it also had paint chipping on the roof. Something common when you live by the Gulf of Mexico. So the sales rep comes back with our appraisal. A whopping 3200.00$! Mind you about 4 years ago we sold a 98 Buick Le-Sabre with 100k miles, which had multiple engines put into it for 2500.00$. My wife and I were extremely insulted. Fair market value on our vehicle was between 7500-9000.00$. We told the sales rep that the price was unacceptable. We owed 4500 on the vehicle so now we have 1300$ of negative equity in it. He again goes back to talk to the sales manager, and told us they can give us push value for the vehicle. 0 EQUITY! We told him that wasn't going to cut it either. He again goes back, but this time brings his sales manager over with him, not to negotiate on the price but to tell us how we didn't understand that he was giving us a good deal. I looked at the paper and noticed that the MSRP was listed at 25,500 a full thousand dollars more than the online price. I asked him why the price was different, and he told me the sales price was incorrect online, but that he would do me a favor and take a thousand dollars off. Basically he gave me the price of the vehicle that it was originally listed at online and acted like he was doing me a favor. I then noticed multiple discrepancies on the taxes and fees that were added. I again asked about these. The sales manager in not so many words told me that I didn't understand how taxes and fees worked, and that he was giving me a GREAT deal. I tell him I am not interested in the vehicle, mean while all the financing information that was sent out prior to these conversations comes back. They tell me I got approved for a 5.2% APR. I just bought a BMW 4 months ago, my income didn't change, and my credit has even gotten better, and I secured a loan at 3.9%. He begins to explain that we can do a 5 year loan at 517.00 a month!!! Seriously? By this time my pregnant wife (hormones going crazy) had already walked out. I told them how this was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle (I have bought 4 for myself, and this is the second for my wife). I politely (yes politely) shook both of their hands and told them to have a good day. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE). WAIT THAT'S NOT IT. I am driving home (about 30 minutes out), and I get a call from the sales manager at Sandy Sansing Mazda, where the car was originally located at. He told me that he pulled up the paper work that was done at the Chevy dealership and that without looking at my car it is worth at least 8000.00$. He personally apologized for the Chevy dealership and asked me to come back. I did not want to but my wife did. So we turned around to go back. Once there the sales manager begins to tell us that the dealership had lied to us in every way imaginable. First off that they up priced the value of the SUV from its actual value, and second that the 5.2 APR that we were "approved" for was actually around 10%! (Is that illegal?) After about 30 minutes I was able to get a fair appraisal on my vehicle. (They gave us 7500.00), a good APR 4.9% and a out the door price (after taxes) around 24,000.00. It wasn't the best deal in the world, but that doesn't matter. Treating people like human beings is what matters. I can tell you this, if you want to do business and your choice is between the Mazda and Chevy dealership, YOU NEED TO PICK THE MAZDA. HANDS DOWN. I am going to write a review for the Mazda dealership later, with the names of the two gentlemen that I worked with, and who turned a horrible day into a good one. My wife is happy, which means I am happy. More

Total Finance Ripoff Recently financed first vehicle through Sandy Sansing during some special "if you work, you qualify" sale. They said because of limited credit history Recently financed first vehicle through Sandy Sansing during some special "if you work, you qualify" sale. They said because of limited credit history and income they had to "pay" some finance company to accept my loan. The company charged 21.47% interest for 72 months on an $11,000 vehicle and when Sandy Sansing finished adding all service charges, the whole $3000 down payment was used and none went toward the price of the vehicle. A previous customer with a coupon for referring customers was supposed to receive $100 for referring me to them, but they were told since they had to pay the finance company to take the loan, they had lost money on the deal and didn't qualify for referral bonus. I chose to go to my credit union this week and they refinanced the loan @ 2.5% for 42 months. It appears this dealer is only interested in cheating customers and not developing repeat customers. I will never buy a car from them in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone. More

My wife and her mother went to the dealership to look at a 2014 Chevy Equinox LTZ. Another sales consultant, Jackie Freeman , helped my wife that day because Richard had a day off. She was very friendly and helpful. I spoke to Richard Russell and arranged for my wife to pick up a 2014 Chevy Equinox LTZ and drop off a trade to see what it was worth. The next day I brought the Equinox back and asked Richard if he got the information how much the trade was worth and he said no. This was the whole point of leaving the vehicle. He was very non chalant so when I told him I was going to look around at other vehicles and he said okay go ahead and do that. I was astonished that he didn't seem to care that I was leaving. My family has been a Sandy Sansing customer for many many years and I was truly shocked that this is part of your customer service. Well, I went to another Chevy dealer and purchased the same vehicle CASH and had EXCELLENT customer service. More
