Update from reviewer. Kelley at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet has stepped in and resolved all my issues with the sales and service staff. I was getting nowhere with the salesman and would not have pursued it if not for the fact he made an error. Kelley got the error corrected and has gone the extra mile and then some to make me a happy satisfied customer.
